項目的挑戰 : :
現行的設計學院傳授傳播設計及多媒體製作為主；
現時的傳授專業設計知識的YouTube頻道大多數是英語，普通話也少，莫說廣東話頻道；及
經驗淺、未曾入職設計公司或自由業的設計師，因此沒有受過前輩的點撥，只管自主設計中累積經驗，進度極慢亦有限，更何況是殘疾設計師。他們入職設計公司的機會極微，接觸到的案例類型極其有限，所以他們大多是自由業者。
Challenges : :
Nowadays, design institutions primarily teach communication design and multimedia production;
Most YouTube channels sharing professional design knowledge are mostly in English, with few in Mandarin, let alone Cantonese; and
Designers with limited experience, or who have never worked for a design firm, or as freelancers, have not received guidance from senior colleagues and are accumulating experience solely through independent design, resulting in extremely slow and limited progress, especially for designers with disabilities. Their chances of joining a design firm are extremely slim, and the types of projects they encounter are very limited, so most of them are freelancers.

「私塾」是指中國古代由私人創辦的教育機構，類似於現代的補習班或基礎學校，主要由讀書人（塾師）在家中或固定場所設立；
「無私」出現於《道德經》第七章：「是以聖人後其身而身先；外其身而身存。非以其無私耶？故能成其私。」；及
美學可以是一門哲學課，亦可以從實例中尋找到，故不像其他哲學之艱澀難明。美學，是成為任何專科設計師必備。
Inspirations : :
‘Si1 Suk6’ (part of the Chinese name of the channel) refers to the private classroom in ancient China, similar to modern cram schools or basic schools, primarily run by scholars (tutors) in their homes or fixed locations.
‘Mou4 Si1‘ (part of the Chinese name of the channel) appears in Chapter 7 of the ‘Tao Te Ching’: "Therefore the sage puts himself last, yet he comes first; he puts himself outside, yet he survives. Is it not because of his selflessness (Mou4 Si1) that he is able to achieve his own ends?"; and
Aesthetics can be a philosophy subject, and its principles can be found in some notable examples, thus it is not as abstruse as other philosophies. Aesthetics is essential for becoming a professional designer in all design streams.
