設計社企的定位應如何，與普通設計公司九何分別，我們如何突破那片「紅海」；
嵌入多元共融作為我們的願景、使命和社會目的；
社企被大眾乃至企業標簽為產品和服務的質素差劣的代名詞；及
資源非常有限。

Challenges : :

How should social enterprises in design be positioned? How are they different from ordinary design companies? How can we break through the "Red Ocean"?
Incorporating diversity and inclusion into our vision, mission and social purpose;
The public and even businesses label social enterprises as synonymous with poor quality products and services； &
Resources are very limited.
