靈感來源 : :

  • 現今極需要創意敘事;

  • 用香港一個傳統的公共屋邨的走廊,演繹懷舊的風格和感覺;

  • 輪椅使用者的視力平均高度約為1.2公尺。我們創作了兩個身高約1.2公尺的兒童形象。根據統計,身高1.2公尺的孩子大約7歲。

Inspirations : :

  • Storytelling is extremely important today;

  • A traditional corridor of a housing estate in Hong Kong can establish nostalgia as style and feeling;

  • The average height of the eye-sight of people in their wheelchairs is about 1.2 metres. Two children figures at about 1.2 metres tall are created. Statistically, kids at 1.2 metres tall are about 7 years old.

構思:展覽的標題和整體設計巧妙地融合在一起,儘管預算有限,但仍能激發觀眾的興趣。

故事:創意敘事在今天極為重要。主題圖像是香港一個公共屋邨傳統走廊的設計場景。我們的故事就是從海報和所有宣傳中的這個富有想像的場景開始的。我們一起創作了兩個大約7歲、身高約1.2公尺的虛擬人物。除了創作主題之外,策展人也創作了整個故事線,並運用不同的工具來完成故事的講述,包括文案撰寫、設計主題標題、售賣紀念套裝、在Instagram上進行目標推廣、各種免費網絡平台執行不同的功能、製作與網絡信息鏈接的二維碼以及現場互動活動。

執行:我們與 糕點時光 合作,將我們的明信片與他們的星級產品龍鬚糖一起出售。該包與主題高度契合。

推廣:我們透過 Instagram 進行了推廣活動。訊息被策略性地一條一條地推送。不僅提供了額外的信息,還提高了認知度。

Solutions Digest : :

  • Design Studio MZ+MM holistically designed the whole Mini-exhibition of Visual Arts by the People of Differences “We All Witness: a Distanced Sensation at the 1.2-Metre Height of Vision”.

  • The Conception: The title of the exhibition and overall design are magically blended to escalate the interest of viewership, despite the limited budget.

  • The Story: Storytelling is extremely important today. The key visual was a designed scene of a traditional corridor of a housing estate in Hong Kong. We began our story with this imaginative scenario in the poster and all promotions. Together, we created two comic characters who were about 7 years old and in the height of about 1.2 metres. Besides creating the theme, the curator created the whole storyline and utilised different tools to accomplish the storytelling including copywriting, designing the theme title, selling souvenir packs, promoting to our targets on Instagram, various free online platforms performing different tasks, making QR code linked with online information as well as on-the-spot interactive activities.

  • The Execution: In collaboration with Time To Gold, we sold our postcards together with their hero product–Dragon’s Beard Candy. The pack was highly cohesive with the theme.

  • The Promotion: We made a campaign of promotion through Instagram. Messages were pushed one after one strategically. Additional information was provided as well as awareness was built.

  • The Credits: SouFai as Curator, Designer, and Copywriter; Johnny C as Illustrator; Tiger L, Apple T., Sheung W. & KY Tang as Artists joined.

  • Deliverables:

    • Concept Development;

    • Exhibition naming & Copywriting;

    • Visual Identity Design;

    • Display Design;

    • Creative Illustrations of Key Visual;

    • Illustrations of all Visuals for Online Interaction & Social Media;
